Is your computer as slow as a turtle? Do you want it to turn into a racecar? Well now you can turn the old crappy computer to make it look new, and as fast.
Step 1.
1. Download the free and best CCleaner (crap cleaner) from ccleaner.com
2.Run CCleaner
3. Clean registry using CCleaner
Step 2.
1. Download HijackThis from trendmicro.com
2. Run the program, Do a system scan and save a log, check everything off, and press Fix Checked
Step 3.
1.Download AusLogics DiskDeFrag from auslogics.com
2. Run DiskDeFrag on a harddrive. Wait Until Done.
Step 4.
Reboot your PC and you win the race!
***EXTRAS***
under Internet Explorer, Mozilla, safari, etc
Go to: c:\windows\temp
and delete EVERYTHING in that folder and then clear the recycle bin (some items may be in use)
Go to start, control panel, Internet options, clear cache, history, SSL state, cookies, etc

Windows XP SP3 is now finally, to find the final version simply go to www.microsoft.com and it will be under downloads, there will be no more to it.
Windows vista sp1, took FOREVER, how big is it anyways. I didnt notice any new features, or improvements, but a great improvment on compatibility.
